Fermentation and aging: Spontaneous fermentation in open tanks with 8 days of contact with the skins. Manual breaking of the cap. Not filtered. No temperature control. Aging for 8 months in steel tanks.
Tasting notes: A red with a rustic touch and easy to drink. On the palate it is full and persistent, with an intense finish of ripe red fruit. A dynamic and uncompromising wine.
